    Summary:

    Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has openings for PRN Clinical Assistant to work in our group home that serves adults with a serious mental illness (SMI) diagnosis. Ivy Trace Group Home is in Hattiesburg, MS and The Oaks group home is in Sumrall, MS and assists individuals with learning/ maintaining skills for independent living. Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Class D driver license within 60 days of hire. Previous experience working with an SMI population is preferred.

    This is a 24-hour facility. Shifts will vary. Weekends and Holidays may be required.

    Responsibilities: Maintains daily functioning of the residential facilities. Provides supervision and structured activities and/or care regimes to residents.Provides transportation to the individuals of the group home.Assists individuals with learning/ maintaining skills for independent living such as assistance with planning and preparing meals, cleaning, shopping, budgeting, social activities, and scheduling and attending appointment.
