JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) will be to provide in-depth product support, education, training, and advice on the application and use of all Heidelberg Engineering devices. As part of the training process, the CAS will consult with eye care clinics to recommend imaging policies and procedures to optimize workflow and clinic efficiencies as well as troubleshoot with users through software and hardware issues.
