The Clinical Application Specialist, Neurology (NCAS) is responsible for providing professional Clinical Applications Training and customer support. Interfacing with but not limited to NK Sales, Clinical Specialist, Marketing, Service, Support, IT, and PMO to effectively implement Nihon Kohden Systems into customer sites. Managing time wisely and efficiently and accomplishing assignments in established timeframes. The NCAS presents a professional image with above-average customer service skills.
Essential Functions and Main Duties
Develops and delivers customized training and support plans for Nihon Kohden equipment to customer accounts.
Assembles portable carts.
Leads implementation teams to complete projects on time, safely, and to the customer's satisfaction.
Provides ongoing customer support in person, by telephone, or through remote desktop solutions.
Makes travel arrangements in accordance with company policies and completes expense reports within designated timeframes.
Updates product knowledge as operations or features change.
Maintains clinical knowledge, competence, and active certification.
Manages time efficiently to accomplish assignments within established timeframes.
Submits required documentation within designated deadlines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need.

The anticipated range for this position is $75,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Access to Customer Sites It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including COVID-19), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid/reimbursed by the Company.
