Nihon Kohden America is seeking an experienced registered nurse to help hospital teams successfully implement and use advanced patient-monitoring technology. As a Part-Time Clinical Application Specialist, you will travel to customer sites to provide hands-on education, clinical guidance, and implementation support to nurses and other healthcare professionals.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will serve as a clinical resource and trusted partner to hospital customers before, during, and after the implementation of Nihon Kohden patient-monitoring systems.

The Schedule and Travel Commitment
This position requires a minimum commitment of two 40-hour work weeks per month. During scheduled weeks, you will travel to hospitals and other customer locations to provide onsite clinical education and implementation support.
Assignments typically occur Monday through Friday and may include daytime, early-morning, or evening hours based on hospital implementation needs. Occasional weekend, overnight, or holiday work may also be required.

Some implementation assignments may require work outside standard business hours, including early-morning or late-evening support. Schedules and travel assignments are communicated in advance whenever possible but may change based on customer or business needs.
Candidates must live within reasonable access of a major airport with regular commercial service.
Travel expenses are paid or reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

Working Conditions
Physical: Generally may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 25 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
Access to Customer Sites: It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including for COVID-19), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid/reimbursed by the Company.
