About the Mission
At Mach7, we’re transforming how
healthcare systems manage imaging data and we know that successful
transformation takes more than great tech. It takes humans. Real, thoughtful,
detail-loving, people-connecting humans. That’s where you come in.
As a Wingmate, you’re the
glue that keeps the flight plan on track collaborating across our technical
teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure implementations run smoothly and
customers stay supported at every turn.
Your
Role
You’ll work closely with our Code
Pilots, Tech Vipers, and ACES to support customers during onboarding, upgrades,
and beyond. While you won’t be writing code or tuning databases, your
superpower is coordination making sure communication is flowing, milestones are
hit, and the right people are in the loop.
Think of yourself as the navigator
beside the pilot, always keeping your eye on the horizon, asking the right
questions, and ensuring the journey feels seamless for everyone onboard.

project tasks, working closely with technical teammates while building
shared knowledge

training sessions and knowledge transfer
- Triage and track issues escalating to technical
teammates when needed
- Stay connected to industry best practices and emerging
healthcare IT trends
- Bring calm, clarity, and positivity especially when encountering
turbulence
- Go “wheels up” up to two weeks every month while
visiting customers
About
You
- You’re incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and love
helping people succeed
- You thrive in the space between customers and technical
teams translating, supporting, and guiding
- You’re a clear communicator who keeps things moving
without micromanaging
- You
have experience in healthcare environments and understand clinical or
operational workflows
- You’re a collaborative, unflappable, and proactive
someone who sees problems before they happen
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging
systems
- Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, or other healthcare data
standards
- Project coordination or project management experience
- Exposure to regulatory requirements like HIPAA
- Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform experience
Your
