We’re seeking an enthusiastic Clinic Support Specialist with a magnetic personality and a knack for delivering exceptional, high-end customer service. This is your chance to shine in a role where your energy, organization, and drive will make a meaningful impact. You’ll be the heartbeat of our clinics, orchestrating daily operations, building strong connections with patients and staff, identifying individual clinic needs, and providing tailored support to ensure operational success. You’ll play a key role in maintaining consistency across locations while delivering an outstanding patient experience from the first interaction through every step of their journey.
Provide Regional Support: Float between Central Florida clinics as needed to provide operational coverage, support staffing needs, onboard and train new team members, and help ensure consistency in patient experience and clinic standards.
Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the seamless flow of the clinic, from scheduling appointments and managing patient records to ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Be the Patient’s Advocate: Act as a trusted liaison between providers and patients, answering questions, offering guidance, and providing personalized support to help patients achieve their goals.
Create Memorable Experiences: Deliver unparalleled service, going above and beyond to exceed patient expectations and make every interaction exceptional.
Drive Clinic Success: Quote fees, collect payments, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. You should feel comfortable with sales and hold the ability to train others in sales skills.
Inspire and Support: Cheerlead patients through their weight loss journey, participate in practice marketing initiatives, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Experience: Proven background in a medical office, ideally in an elective setting (e.g., med spa) or a physician’s office with a focus on high-end customer service.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills to engage and inspire patients.
First Impressions: A natural ability to leave a lasting, positive impact from the moment you meet someone.
Organization: Efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing tasks with consistent follow-through.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic medical record software.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and equipped with reliable transportation.
Attitude: A positive, can-do mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow in a medical office environment.
Key Skills:
Patient Care: Efficiently room patients, obtain vital signs, perform ECG and phlebotomy, administer SQ and IM injections.
Documentation: Accurately record medical information and prescribed medications in electronic records.
Multitasking: Handle critical issues with poise and ensure the clinic is clean, stocked, and ready for patients daily.
Team Player: Contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment while excelling independently.
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
Schedule: This position requires a flexible schedule based on clinic needs and may include varying days, hours, and locations. Team members should be comfortable traveling between Central Florida clinic locations to provide coverage, training, and operational support as needed.
