Emerge Pediatric Therapy is a leader in Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapy. We are a woman owned, small business who has been serving the Triangle Area for over 20 years. 


What do we do?

Emerge Pediatric Therapy provides therapeutic services to support the children and their families in our community. We empower caregivers to help their children develop into confident children. We also support our therapists. We want to see our therapists grow in their careers.


Where are we going?

We have grown our practice to better serve more of the Triangle and surrounding areas. Since 2020, we have opened two additional locations to now include, Cary, Carrboro and Durham. Emerge Pediatric Therapy is a growth-driven practice. Our future goals include continuing to expand our team, to further develop our teams' specialty skills, and to become the #1 sought-after pediatric clinic for both our clients and employees.

Clinic Support Coordinator 


Emerge Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Clinic Support Coordinator to add to their growing team! This position supports both the clinical team and front desk operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing therapists to focus on providing direct, face-to-face care. The role involves assisting therapy team members as needed, welcoming and checking in clients, answering phone calls and messages, supporting families, managing and prioritizing daily tasks, and helping maintain an organized, clean, and well-scheduled clinic environment. This position requires strong organizational and task management skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and a genuine enjoyment of working with children and families.


Responsibilities


  • Open and/or close the clinic as scheduled
  • Answer incoming phone calls, monitor emails, following HIPAA protocols, and route messages to appropriate team members
  • Greet families, complete client check-in procedures, and assist clients as needed
  • Manage scheduling needs, including rescheduling appointments when necessary
  • Support therapy team members by assisting with session preparation, materials, filing, and in-session support when requested
  • Prepare rooms, gyms, and materials for individual and group therapy sessions as requested by therapists
  • Maintain overall clinic organization, cleanliness, and safety, including resetting therapy spaces after sessions
  • Stock treatment rooms and common areas; organize toys, equipment, kitchen, and storage spaces
  • Track inventory, monitor expiration dates, and ensure adequate supplies are available
  • Complete approved purchasing and shopping for clinic needs, including weekly shopping and submitting group shopping lists
  • Sanitize therapy tools, toys, equipment, and surfaces throughout the day in accordance with clinic standards
  • Manage daily upkeep tasks such as dishwashing, laundry collection, vacuuming, sweeping, and trash removal
  • Refill clinic supplies including paper products, soap, and sanitizer
  • Assist with food preparation and clean-up for feeding therapy sessions
  • Complete monthly safety checks of clinic equipment and report concerns as needed
