Clinic Supervisor- Urogynecology- Full Time

Supervises assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Assists with performance evaluations.
• Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required. Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in a medical office required

• MA experience preferred

• Joint commission experience preferred
