    We are excited to announce an opening for the role of Clinic Supervisor at North East Health Center. Under the visionary leadership of the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and financial sustainability of our clinic while upholding our commitment to providing high-quality, affordable, and efficient healthcare services.

    As the Clinic Supervisor, you will:

    • Organize and manage the day-to-day operations and program activities at NEHC.

    • Provide financial expertise to ensure the clinic's fiscal health and sustainability.

    • Supervise and support our dedicated team to deliver person-centered and culturally relevant care.

    • Implement strategies to enhance access, efficiency, productivity, and service experience.

    • Oversee scheduling, billing, policy adherence, and quality evaluation and improvement efforts.

    • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to meet community needs and exceed external standards.

    • Exhibit emotional intelligence and uphold Integrated Clinical Services (ICS) values, leading teams to deliver outstanding customer service and fostering collaborative relationships within and across departments.

    • Oversee staffing, performance evaluations, and professional development of employees, ensuring clarity of roles, high performance standards, and adherence to diversity and inclusion principles, while fostering a supportive clinic culture and managing conflict resolution effectively.

    • Serve as a representative for program areas, coordinating internal and external committees, advocating for clients, evaluating service quality, implementing diversity and inclusion practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

    Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*:

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field. (In lieu of a degree, we will consider relevant education and experience)

    • 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a strong understanding of financial management, supervision, and quality improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications/ Transferable Skills*: You do not need to have the following preferred qualifications/ transferable skills to qualify. However, keep in mind we may consider some or all of the following when identifying the most qualified candidates. Please clearly explain on your application how you meet any of the following preferred qualifications/transferable skills.

    • Experience in an FQHC Environment

    • Experience leading and supervising teams 

    • Experience with Epic electronic health records processes

    • Proven track record of effective leadership and team management

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration

    Everyday, Multnomah County staff work together to serve as a safety net for our communities. During a disaster, this safety net becomes even more critical. All County employees have a role in serving the public during inclement weather, natural disaster, or other types of community emergency response. During these emergency responses, while typically there begins with a call for volunteers, county employees may ultimately be reassigned from their current position to a role in the emergency response in order to support the critical needs presented by our communities.
