    Position Overview

    We are seeking a competent, compassionate, and highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with OB/GYN experience to join a well-established women’s health clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas.

    The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to women throughout their healthcare journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN seeking a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or overnight shifts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide professional nursing care to patients in a women’s health/OB/GYN clinic setting
    • Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
    • Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, medications, and other clinical information
    • Perform nursing assessments and provide appropriate patient education
    • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
    • Assist with gynecological and obstetric procedures as needed
    • Coordinate patient care, referrals, labs, imaging, and follow-up appointments
    • Communicate test results and clinical information to patients in accordance with provider direction and clinic protocols
    • Provide education regarding medications, procedures, prenatal care, reproductive health, and other women's health concerns
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
    • Communicate effectively with physicians, providers, staff, patients, and families
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations
    • Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards
    • Contribute to a professional, respectful, and patient-centered clinic environment

    Qualifications

    • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
    • Previous OB/GYN, women's health, or related clinical experience required
    • Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately
