Job Summary
Are you a highly organized, customer-service focused professional who enjoys being at the center of a busy healthcare practice? Our Neurology and Spine team is seeking a Clinic/Practice Assistant to help create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for patients from the moment they arrive through the completion of their visit. In this role, you'll serve as an important point of contact for patients, providers, and care team members-helping keep daily operations running seamlessly.
Location: 4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during practice hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours are flexible.
