DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Women's Health teams at Samaritan Health Services offer a full range of OB/GYN care including well-woman exams, contraception management, obstetric care, breast milk bank, infertility treatment, menopause and hormones, continence therapy, pelvic prolapse therapy and repair, treatment for uterine disorders, treatment for menstrual disorders, treatment for gynecologic cancers and gynecologic/urologic surgery. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of assigned facilities including staff supervision, monitoring patient flow, budgeting and acting as a liaison with patients, providers, hospital departments and administration.

- JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
- Responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of assigned facilities including staff supervision, monitoring patient flow, budgeting and acting as a liaison with patients, providers, hospital departments and administration. Position will be classified as a level I, II, or III Manager based on scope of responsibility, to include number of service lines, communities, clinics, and FTEs.

- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Two (2) years business process experience required, preferably in healthcare.
- One (1) year leadership experience required.
- If the incumbent holds a clinical credential (e.g., Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, LPN, RN) and is expected to provide back-office coverage, then Healthcare Provider Level BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
