Clinic Operations Manager / Director of Operations– Lemont, IL Full-Time | On-Site
Pay: $70,000 – $95,000 per year + Bonus- DOE

Wea are seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager / Director of Operations to oversee daily operations across two clinic locations.
This role is responsible for practice management, clinic operations, staff leadership, scheduling, and workflow optimization within a growing healthcare practice.
The ideal candidate has experience in medical practice management, healthcare operations, or clinic administration and is comfortable improving systems, managing staff, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of a medical practice across 2 locations
Manage clinic staff, front desk operations, and scheduling
Ensure efficient patient flow and positive patient experience
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Improve clinic workflows, efficiency, and retention
Train and onboard new employees
Monitor and improve operational performance metrics
Support overall practice growth and operational scalability

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in medical practice management, clinic management, or healthcare administration
Experience managing staff and daily clinic operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site in Lemont, IL

Preferred Qualifications
Multi-location practice management experience
Experience in wellness clinic, med spa, functional medicine, or private practice
Experience improving processes, workflows, or clinic efficiency

Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 – $95,000 salary (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus opportunities
