Minimum Qualifications Required: Knowledge, Skill, And Ability Knowledge of the principles and practices of clinical office management; knowledge of medical terminology; considerable interpersonal skills; oral and written communications skills; ability to operate office equipment, which may include computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, and other automated equipment; ability to schedule and prioritize workflow.
