  • Own IT financials across CapEx / OpEx planning, forecasting, and tracking
  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders on priorities and execution
  • Manage external vendors, MSPs, and third-party partners
  • Oversee project delivery by engaging and directing contract Project Managers as needed
  • Lead organizational change management (OCM) initiatives to drive adoption
  • Continuously optimize tools, processes, and performance metrics

  • Strong executive presence — comfortable working with CIO, ELT, and Board stakeholders
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Nice to Have
  • Experience in regulated industries
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Change management frameworks (ADKAR, etc.)
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience
  • ERP or customer portal implementations

Role Structure & Environment
  • Location: Hybrid (must be based in the Atlanta area)
  • Reporting to: CIO
