    If you're a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who enjoys building relationships with patients and working alongside providers to deliver exceptional care, we'd love to meet you.

    As a Clinic Medical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, or RMA), you'll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You'll support providers during office visits, assist with clinical procedures, educate patients, and help ensure our clinics operate efficiently while delivering high-quality care.

    What You'll Do

    As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:

    • Welcome and room patients while collecting vital signs, medical history, and medication information.

    • Prepare patients and exam rooms for provider visits.

    • Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures within your certification and scope of practice.

    • Administer medications, immunizations, allergy injections, and other treatments as ordered.

    • Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

    • Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and procedure scheduling.

    • Communicate with patients by phone regarding questions, follow-up care, medications, and provider instructions.

    • Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, procedures, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.

    • Collect, label, and process specimens following established protocols.

    • Maintain exam rooms, medical equipment, supplies, and inventory.

    • Follow infection prevention, sterilization, OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, and other regulatory standards.

    • Collaborate with providers and teammates to keep patient care running smoothly.

    • Participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and professional development.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • High School Diploma or GED.

    • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.

    • Current Medical Assistant certification (or registration) that meets state requirements for your work location (Indiana, Kentucky, or Illinois).

    • Current CPR certification.

    Preferred

    • Previous Medical Assistant experience.

    For acquisitions or approved special circumstances, experienced Medical Assistants may have up to six months to obtain an approved certification.
