We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Clinic Manager – Registered Nurse (RN) to lead daily clinic operations, coordinate staffing, support clinical services, and ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality occupational healthcare.

- Schedule:Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
- Pay Range:$45 - $50 / hour
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Daily Clinic Operations – Plan and coordinate daily clinic activities, monitor workloads, and ensure appropriate staffing and coverage across assigned on-site and off-site clinic locations.
- Manage & Develop Clinic Staff – Oversee Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, Medical Technicians, and administrative staff, including interviewing, onboarding, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborate with Medical Leadership – Work closely with physicians, mid-level practitioners, Medical Directors, Human Resources, and CAREonsite corporate leadership to plan services and resolve operational or employee-related concerns.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Support clinic compliance with OSHA requirements, client regulations, CAREonsite policies, and established clinical protocols.
- Oversee Training & Education – Identify, implement, and evaluate staff education and compliance training needs with support from the CAREonsite corporate management team.
- Monitor Performance & Resources – Review clinic workload, staff productivity, patient feedback, and other operational data to prepare reports and effectively plan future staffing and resources.
- Provide Clinical Leadership – Perform nursing duties as needed and support staff in delivering consistent, high-quality patient care.
- Manage Injury Cases & Quality Assurance – Perform routine case management and quality assurance reviews to promote appropriate documentation, follow-up care, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Maintain Medical Equipment – Ensure medical equipment and instruments are properly operated, maintained, and calibrated, and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Support Special Projects – Conduct projects, operational reviews, and studies as directed by the Medical Directors and medical operations leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Three to five years of clinical and administrative experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead staff, delegate responsibilities, evaluate performance, and manage clinic operations.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nursing practices, and medical procedures consistent with RN licensure.
- Ability to analyze clinic workloads, schedule staff, resolve operational problems, and effectively manage available resources.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic medical data-management systems.
