CLINIC MANAGER
Aspirus Cardiology Clinic, Wausau, WI
Full Time (1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period)
Monday - Friday day shift, generally no weekends

What You''ll Lead
Aspirus Research Institute, Ideal Weight Solutions, and Clinical Support teams
Managing budgets, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships
Workflow and process improvement initiatives
Patient experience and access optimization
Collaboration with cardiologists, APPs, diagnostics, CT Surgery and scheduling teams
Who Thrives Here
This role is ideal for a leader who:
Has a minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership experience as a supervisor or manager, RN is preferred
Prior experience working with research teams is highly desired
Enjoys improving systems and creating structure
Leads with clarity, empathy, and accountability
Is comfortable guiding teams through change
Values autonomy and wants room to innovate
