BCH is searching for a Clinic Manager to lead operations for Boulder Valley SurgicalAssociates, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, provider support, and staff engagement across the clinic. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, managing personnel, supporting financial performance, driving process improvement, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, patient-centered culture.
The Clinic Manager serves as a key liaison between providers, staff, hospital departments, and external partners while ensuring efficient clinic operations and high levels of patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare operations experience, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ambulatory environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting providers, optimizing workflows, developing staff, and advancing the organization's commitment to quality, service, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
•Associate degree in Health or Business Administration preferred.
•Clinic Manager with clinical oversight of Clinic RNs is required to have a current Colorado RN License in good standing.
•Minimum one year experience managing in a health care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
•Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Boulder Valley Surgery Associates, ensuring efficient clinic workflows, exceptional patient service, and operational excellence.
•Manage, develop, and support clinic staff through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
•Partner with physicians, providers, and organizational leaders to support strategic goals, improve clinic performance, and enhance the patient experience.
•Monitor financial performance, support budget management, and ensure responsible stewardship of clinic resources.
•Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.
•Ensure compliance with BCH policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and healthcare industry best practices.
•Serve as the primary liaison between clinic staff, providers, hospital departments, and external partners.
•Address patient concerns, resolve operational issues, and promote a culture of service excellence and patient satisfaction.
•Facilitate provider and staff meetings, encourage team collaboration, and support employee engagement initiatives.
•Foster a positive, productive, and patient-centered environment aligned with BCH's mission, values, and commitment to quality care.
