Clinic Lead (Multi-site) - Sign on Bonus-Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role where you will serve as Clinic Lead for multiple outpatient sites. You will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, coordinate rehabilitation services across clinics, and provide clinical oversight. This role includes direct patient care focused on orthopedic conditions including pre- and post-surgical care, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurological conditions. Opportunity exists to work in both land and aquatic therapy environments.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program as applicable to the discipline.
• Active state license required to start.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy, including pre- and post-surgical care and sports-related injuries.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple clinic sites or serving as a clinic lead.
• Experience working with aquatic therapy preferred for clinics offering pool-based services.
• Ability to travel between clinic sites regularly and maintain a primary residence in Redding, CA.
• Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule, Monday through Friday.
