Clinic Director

Fitness Quest Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director to lead daily operations of our outpatient physical therapy clinic. In this role, you will oversee staff, ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care, and manage clinic performance, scheduling, and compliance. You will collaborate with experienced clinicians, support professional development, and cultivate a supportive, team-based culture. The Clinic Director will also build strong relationships with patients, referring providers, and the community while driving growth, patient satisfaction, and clinical excellence in a patient-centered environment.
