This permanent leadership opportunity is designed for a licensed Physical Therapist ready to lead an outpatient clinic, develop a team and participate financially in the results they help create.
Option A: Lower guaranteed base salary plus 25% bonus based on the clinic’s monthly net profit.
Option B: $80,000 base salary plus 15% bonus based on the clinic’s monthly net profit.
Overall compensation is expected to range from approximately $90,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, compensation structure and clinic performance.
Lead, support and develop the clinic team
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
Manage staff training and development
Monitor operational and business performance
Help drive clinic growth
Coordinate with marketing and business development resources
Oversee patient care quality and clinical operations
Support front-office operations
Participate in direct patient care at the Clinic Director’s discretion
Active Physical Therapist license required
California licensure is not required to apply if eligible to obtain California PT licensure
Ability and interest in leading and developing a clinical team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in the operational and business side of outpatient physical therapy
