    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. You will only treat one patient at a time.  For 2026 we will be adding Eastern Shore BioHealth which will offer stretching services, a fitness gym, and holistic health care.  If you have a passion for physical therapy and offering holistic services to our local community then we would like to talk to you!
    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate patients by reviewing medical history, performing physical assessments, and identifying functional limitations
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician referrals
    • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and pain management
    • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately
    • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and post-treatment care
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

    Qualifications

    • Valid state Physical Therapist license required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, documentation, and treatment protocols
    • Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills
    Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
