    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient scheduling and workflow.
    • Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
    • Mentor, train, and develop staff physical therapists and support personnel.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize clinic productivity and compliance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and the local community.

    Qualifications:
    • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
    • 3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
    • Proven leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
