What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff to promote consistency, accountability, and high performance
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, workflow, and overall patient flow
  • Ensure an efficient, patient-focused experience from check-in through discharge
  • Monitor clinic inventory, supplies, and exam room readiness to support smooth operations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, training, and development
  • Support staff as needed in this hands-on leadership role
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for both patients and team members

What You Bring
