Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Manage patient scheduling and coordinate with healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in billing and insurance verification processes.
- Train and supervise front desk staff and support personnel.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement clinic policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the medical team to improve patient care services.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in Orthopaedics and/or DME.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
- High school diploma required.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
