Job Highlights


  • Manage front office operations including mail, filing, supplies, correspondence, and administrative EPIC inbox tasks
  • Answer calls, take detailed messages, schedule appointments, send reminders, and assist with Release of Information requests
  • Maintain medical records, referrals, orders, and other documentation in EPIC according to office and HIM protocols
  • Coordinate insurance verification and patient communications while resolving administrative issues with clinical staff
  • Provide administrative support to the medical practice team and help ensure efficient patient services


Candidate Profile


  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to pass the EPIC scheduling test within 45 days of hire
