Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $21–$27/hour (DOE)

About the Role

This role blends clinic coordination with hands-on Medical Assistant support as needed, offering the opportunity to expand your skills, support the team, and grow into a leadership role. You'll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while creating a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily clinic operations
• Assist with marketing efforts
• Cross coverage for front and back office operations as needed
• Assist in creating a positive, welcoming patient experience
• Help identify workflow improvements and support team efficiency
• Support training and onboarding of staff

Skills & Clinical Experience

• Medical Assistant experience required
• Strong clinical skills including assisting with procedures
• Experience with blood draws preferred
• Comfortable supporting both front and back office duties
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
