Vesta, Inc. is a not for profit, financially sound, mental health company which is expanding throughout the Maryland area. Vesta, Inc. provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare to include clinic, day program, and residential homes for those suffering from mental health disorders. Vesta, Inc is currently recruiting for the position of Somatic Care Clinic Coordinator (Clinic Coordinator I) for our Severn Region, in Arnold, Maryland. The Somatic Care Clinic Coordinator (Clinic Coordinator I) will provide coordination of medical appointments for clients and supports medical professionals on-site. The position is responsible for ensuring that client care meets the standards defined by the organization, client documentation and charts are complete and compliant, and information is disseminated to the care team. Position Details: This position is a Full-Time hourly position. Ideal candidate would be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm. Location: Arnold, MD Ability to pass background check and drug screening required. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $22.29/hour - $24.96/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime. Salary calculated based on education and experience. Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training. PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Holidays: Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays. Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year. Health Benefits: Full and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire.
