    Description

    Milestone Therapy is seeking a Clinic Coordinator at our PRIME Pediatric Therapy Clinic located in Homewood, IL!

    Our coordinators need to have the energy to move quickly to support both families and our therapists, and have the capacity to understand the impact they make with their every action!

    Responsibilities:
    • Verify insurance prior to treatments being performed
    • Organize and maintain the clinic filing system and correspondence
    • Collect and record intake information and educate on clinic needs 
    • Coordinate and maintain clinic therapy schedule
    • Submit for initial authorization of services and maintain ongoing needs 
    • Collect data vital to clinic performance 
    • Work with a team of dedicated therapists who do one thing: put kids first!
    Qualifications:
    • Problem-solving, in both a professional and timely fashion
    • History of excellent project management
    • Confidence and competence with computers, scheduling programs, and complete understanding of all Google Docs, Sheets, etc. (Experience with Epic EMR preferred)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive and patient demeanor
    • Ethical in all aspects
    • Pay based on experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent is required. 
    • Being on-site at the clinic is expected, so virtual candidates need not apply.
