About the Role:Advance Therapy in White Bear Lake, MN is looking for a motivated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare environment where you'll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and ensuring patients receive the best possible experience. Part-time position, approximately 20-24 hours. This is a great position for a parent who wants to work during school hours. This role is primarily cleaning, organizing and back up basic front desk tasks.
Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience
- Confirm patient appointments
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and treatment areas
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
- Hours are flexible, but Friday hours between 10:00-2:00/ 3:00 are a must
