The Clinic Assistant is a critical contributor to both the clinical and operational success of the practice. This role blends:

Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred
Proven, stable work history demonstrating reliability and performance
Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, chiropractic, regenerative medicine, or a high-touch clinical environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to handle responsibility and work independently
Strong references reflecting work ethic, initiative, and professionalism
Professionally greet and support patients throughout their care experience
Room patients and assist providers during exams and procedures
Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR
Educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, therapies, and next steps (as directed)
Manage patient communication (phone, text, email) with professionalism and empathy
Maintain organized, efficient, and clean clinical spaces
Support care plans, follow-up scheduling, and continuity of care
Ensure HIPAA compliance and clinical best practices at all times
Provide clear therapy, exercise, and stretch instructions
Take X-rays (training provided)
Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively improve systems
Support both clinical and administrative operations as needed
Highly diversified skill set (clinical + administrative + communication)
Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle when needed
Ability to prioritize without supervision
Systems-oriented thinking
