OPEN POSITIONS:
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (1 Full Time) - $23.31/hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years prior experience in maintenance and repair work.
- Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.
- Ability to manage and perform maintenance requests.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Full Time at 40 hours weekly
- Monday- Friday 7am- 3:30pm
CUSTODIAN (1 Part Time) - $16.00/hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- One year prior experience in custodial work preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Saturday- Sunday 2pm-10pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PROPERTY POSITIONS:
- Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Ability to report and record maintenance requests.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
- Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
- Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
