All of our system institutions place strong emphasis on service - helping to build healthier, more educated communities in South Carolina and beyond.Advertised Job SummaryThe Client Training Coordinator is responsible for working with the South Carolina Small Business Development Centers (SC SBDC) leadership and the statewide network to develop and deploy client and public training programs. The primary objective is to coordinate the development and implementation of a statewide training program for the SC SBDC, including learning management system (LMS)-based training delivery and reporting. Duties include conducting research to identify needs and benchmark available tools/knowledge, providing input on program design, guiding coordination of programs across regions, participating in presentations and training on new tools/programs, and managing documentation/meeting notes. The Training Coordinator will inventory the SC SBDCs current client training offerings, assess gaps and address duplications across the state. The incumbent will support other related initiatives as appropriate.

    Minimum and Additional Requirements

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Knowledge and proficiency with online platforms such as Zoom, CRM systems, and data management.- Self-starter, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple assignments within strict deadlines.- Demonstrated relationship-building skills and success in directing and coordinating collaborative projects.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience in or working knowledge of training protocols.- Exceptional organization and planning skills.- Strong preference for experience working in or with small businesses.
