The Panther Group is hiring a W2 Contract (12 months with potential for multiple annual extensions) Client Technologies Specialist with one of our partners in state government
Onsite & Travel Requirements: Work Location:100% Onsite, with routine travel within 5 miles of Augusta, ME. (Only willing to consider local candidates that reside within an hour radius of Augusta, ME).
Kind Note: This role does not permit Visas (OPT, H4EAD, H1B, etc.) and does not permit C2C or third party recruiters. No sub vendors allowed.

- Conduct and assist with the New User Workshop that is held weekly for new users.
- Equipment set up (Laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.).
- Maintain inventory log.
- Proactively assist end users with simple desktop support.
- Ensure that all work is documented for future reference.
- Follow quality standards.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
- Provide accurate and complete answers to general use and environment questions in a timely manner.
- Provide desktop computer support.
- Attend and participate in bi-weekly team and problem review meetings.
- Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete computer equipment.
- Must complete other SPEC I duties as assigned.
