Job Summary

The Client Support Technician provides Tier 1 technical and customer support in Windows/Linux workstation environments. The role handles help desk requests, troubleshooting, account provisioning, software and hardware support, basic networking, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, mobile devices, and ticket management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support through phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Linux workstations in classified and unclassified environments.
• Install and image Windows operating systems.
• Support Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot printers and multifunction devices.
• Support iOS and approved wireless devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and provisioning.
• Install and troubleshoot approved software.
• Create, update, and close help desk tickets with detailed documentation.
• Follow help desk escalation procedures and knowledge-base processes.
• Coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams for issue resolution.
• Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

Required Qualifications

• DoD Secret or DoE L clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE.
• HDI-CSR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Experience in customer/technical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
