    Description

    Seeking a Client Support Technician to provide a full range of on-site and remote end-user support for the MDAH network. The resource will be expected to repair desktop PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices, as well as:
    • Install, configure, and update operating systems and office applications.
    • Respond to help desk requests via phone, chat, or in person.
    • Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing systems.
    • Set up new workstations and manage onboarding or offboarding tasks, including user account creation and permission setups.
    • Maintain inventory records for hardware, software licenses, and IT supplies.
    • Escalate complex or network-wide issues to senior system or network administrators

    High School diploma, vocational training, or an Associates / Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

    Relevant IT support or service desk experience
