Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding, and ongoing support for law practices nationwide. We are seeking a Specialists to serve as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries, deliver compassionate customer care, and ensure a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call. Key RequirementsLocation: Remote but must reside in Texas.Communication Skills: Clear, confident phone presence to guide callers professionally and compassionately.Availability: Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays.Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality (legal industry experience preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency using computers and managing multiple screens/systems simultaneously.Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM.
