InterDent is seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Client Support Specialist to assist patients, dental practices, and internal teams with questions, requests, and administrative needs. In this role, you will serve as a reliable point of contact, provide accurate information, document interactions, and coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure client concerns are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client, patient, practice, and internal support inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, accounts, and administrative processes.
- Document client interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Investigate service-related issues and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve them.
- Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate client and support records.
- Assist dental practices with administrative and operational questions.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate team members.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling patient, employee, financial, and company information.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend opportunities to improve support processes.
- Communicate effectively with remote and onsite colleagues across different departments.
- Support remote client-service workflows while maintaining responsiveness and service quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, healthcare administration, dental services, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
