We are seeking a professional, personable, and tech-savvy Client Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with technology products and solutions. This role involves troubleshooting product, printing, and connectivity issues, guiding clients through solutions, and escalating issues to field technicians when needed. Strong communication skills and a polished phone presence are essential. Training on company product is provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients requiring product support
Troubleshoot printing, connectivity, power supply, paper jam, and other basic technical issues
Guide clients through troubleshooting and product-use solutions by phone
Identify issues requiring additional technical support and coordinate escalation to field technicians
Ask effective questions to understand and diagnose client issues
Document support interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately
Develop a strong understanding of the products and technology being supported
Provide a consistently professional and positive client experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in customer service, client support, technical support, help desk, or a similar professional environment
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong, professional phone presence
Personable and confident working directly with clients
Technically savvy with the ability to learn new products and systems quickly
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
Professional, patient, and solutions-oriented
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
