Client Support and Policy Solutions Advisor

Jayne Young Allstate in Nixa, MO is hiring a Client Support and Policy Solutions Advisor. Youll be the friendly first stop for our clients: answer questions, fix policy and billing issues, help with claims, and make sure people feel taken care of. Youll work side-by-side with our sales team so clients get the right coverage and stick with us.

No insurance experience required. Wed rather train the right person our way. A Missouri P&C license is required for the role if you dont have one yet, well show you exactly how to get it (usually 12 weeks).

This is a full-time, in-office role at 755 W Guin Road, Nixa. MondayFriday, evenings off. Base $50,000$60,000 + bonus opportunities, PTO, and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for client questions and service requests
• Handle policy changes, billing questions, and claims help
• Keep accurate notes in our systems
• Pull info for quotes and handoffs to sales
• Follow up so clients feel heard and stay with the agency

• Customer-facing experience (retail, restaurant, office, call center insurance not required)
• Clear communicator who stays calm with frustrated people
• Organized and comfortable on a computer (email, docs, CRM or similar)
• Willing to get a Missouri P&C license (well help)
• Able to work full-time in our Nixa office (MonFri)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
