    University Physicians' Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced and people-focused Client Success Supervisor to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in West Knoxville.     As a Client Success Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of billing professionals while fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable work culture. You'll balance operational oversight with mentorship-ensuring both team success and client satisfaction.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead and oversee day-to-day team operations, including time-off requests and staffing oversight
    • Exercise sound administrative judgment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and service outcomes
    • Ensure work is completed in accordance with established productivity and performance standards
    • Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and constructive feedback to support professional growth
    • Adapt communication styles to effectively engage and support diverse team members
    • Serve as an accessible resource for team questions, guidance, and issue resolution

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
    • Advanced medical billing and coding knowledge; certifications strongly preferred
    • In-depth understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, payer regulations, and industry standards
    • Advanced computer and system application proficiency
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead others while aligning with departmental goals and policies
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
    • Sensitivity to the balance between people, processes, and performance

    Physical Requirements

    • Office-based role requiring sitting and standing
    • Manual dexterity for computer and office equipment use
