WHAT YOULL DO
Foster long-term customer partnerships by understanding business objectives, providing strategic guidance, and supporting overall account success.
Drive customer engagement through regular business reviews, proactive outreach, and recommendations that encourage adoption and maximize value.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges, coordinate solutions, and and ensure successful outcomes across the account lifecycle.
Analyze account trends, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities for retention, process improvements, and service enhancements.
Support customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account planning, to promote satisfaction and long-term success.
Maintain accurate account documentation and share customer insights to help inform business decisions and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
35 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Commercial Account Management, or Strategic Account Management.
Experience managing an assigned portfolio of commercial or B2B customer accounts with responsibility for customer engagement, retention, and account performance.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in a regulated environment, medical industry preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The position performs general office duties in a temperature-controlled environment.
Requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer work, data entry, and telephone communication.
Must be able to occasionally lift and move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
