    Client Success Specialist - Dallas, TXThe Client Success Specialist plays a critical role in account retention, continuous improvement, and project implementation. This position is dedicated to growing and retaining existing key end users by providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the face of the company in the field, the Client Success Specialist establishes strong relationships with multiple contacts within customer organizations, creating a barrier to competition and minimizing the impact of employee turnover. The primary focus of this role is business retention and improvement, which serves as a key performance metric. Working closely with the Enterprise Accounts team and other key accounts, the Client Success Specialist collaborates with Enterprise Directors and Sales Leaders to identify improvement opportunities and address evolving business goals within our key customers' fulfillment centers.

    Work Setting:

    Location: Reside in the greater Dallas Fort Worth area and support the larger South Central Region (frequent vehicle travel with overnight stays required).Customer facing: Travel to customer sites weekly with company vehicle provided.Autonomy: Efficiently and effectively work remotely from home when not traveling.

    Education / Experience:
