What You'll Do- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing timely updates
- Manage client intake and onboarding, gathering the information and documentation needed to get started
- Coordinate scheduling and communication between clients and attorneys or case teams
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in the firm's case management system
- Resolve client concerns promptly and with care, escalating complex issues when needed
- Support billing and account questions related to client service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, consistent client experience
What You'll Bring- 1–3+ years of client service, customer service, or administrative experience (professional services or legal experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfort with CRM or case management software
- A professional, empathetic, client-first demeanor
