    A day in this role

You begin by reviewing your client portfolio in the CRM, confirming proofs that landed overnight, and syncing with production so specs are airtight. Mid‑day, you host a plant tour that showcases our capabilities and align on delivery dates. In the afternoon, you present samples, capture approvals, and troubleshoot a workflow question with Sales—keeping information flowing across departments so every job enters production exactly as promised.

    What you’ll do

    • Get to the heart of each client’s goals and challenges and recommend solutions that support their brand and business targets.
    • Own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring orders, samples, estimates, and job specifications are communicated clearly—internally and externally.
    • Shepherd information across teams so customer requirements are precisely captured and ready for production.
    • Maintain CRM contacts, record interactions, monitor customer workflows, and partner with Sales to strategize and resolve issues.
    • Present proofs, secure approvals, supply samples, and confirm mutually agreed delivery dates.
    • Shape exceptional onsite experiences—run strategy sessions, lead capability tours, and conduct offsite client visits.
    • Audit and update open sales orders, finished goods inventory, and unbilled orders to support accurate billing.

    What you bring

    • 4–5 years in customer service, sales, or a manufacturing environment.
    • Fluency with Windows, Word, Excel, and enterprise platforms (ERP and CRM).
    • Calm, sound judgment while juggling priorities in a fast‑moving, high‑volume setting.
    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Willingness for occasional overnight travel as needed.
