Client Success Care Professional

Klipsch Senior Care  ·  Home Instead  ·  Terre Haute, IN

Full-time  ·  Afternoons/Evening Availability Preferred

Some jobs pay the bills. This one changes lives.

Right now, somewhere in Terre Haute, a senior is trying to stay in the home they’ve lived in for decades. They’re not ready to leave. They just need someone they can count on—someone who shows up, pays attention, and genuinely cares whether they’re okay.

That’s who we’re looking for.

Not someone who just checks boxes. Someone who walks into a client’s home and makes them feel like the most important person in the room. Someone who takes pride in the details—who notices when something’s off, who goes the extra mile without being asked, and who ends every shift knowing they made today better for someone who needed it.

If that’s you—even if you’ve never worked in home care before—we want to talk.

This role isn’t your average caregiving job

The Client Success Care Professional is a specialized role—designed for people who are ready to bring more than just their hands to the work. You’re not just filling shifts. You’re the person we trust to set the tone for a new client’s entire care experience.

You’ll be among the first faces new clients see—which means the trust you build in those early visits shapes everything that follows. You’ll also work alongside other caregivers in challenging situations, offering real-time coaching and modeling what great care looks like. And when coverage is needed, you step in—because continuity of care matters, and you’re someone who understands that.

This role calls for someone who is passionate about people, dedicated to doing things right, and driven to keep getting better. In return, you’ll have more impact than most caregivers ever get the chance to have.

What you’ll do

Start of care & client relationship building

  • Serve as one of the first caregivers for new clients—your job is to establish trust and set the foundation for a great care experience
  • Build genuine relationships with clients and their families, not just a care routine
  • Support the development and refinement of individualized care plans through observation and honest communication

Caregiver support & hands-on coaching

  • Work alongside caregivers in challenging situations, providing real-time guidance and modeling best practices
  • Reinforce training in the field—where it actually sticks
  • Be the steady, professional presence that raises the bar for everyone around you

Direct care & fill-in coverage

  • Provide direct, hands-on care with skill, patience, and respect
  • Cover fill-in shifts and call-offs to make sure clients never experience a gap in care

Day-to-day care responsibilities include:

Companionship & personal care

  • Companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
  • Stabilization and walking assistance

Household support

  • Meal preparation and kitchen clean-up
  • Light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens)
  • Laundry and ironing

Health & logistics

  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Errands and accompanying clients to appointments
  • Specialized care including Advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia and Hospice support

Reporting

  • Documenting daily activities and reporting significant changes in client needs
  • Staying in regular communication with your supervisor and the office team

What we’re looking for

No experience required—we’ll train you. What we can’t train is who you are. Here’s what we’re after:

  • You’re passionate about people. Not just “good with people”—genuinely moved by the idea of making someone’s day better.
  • You work hard. You don’t cut corners, you don’t watch the clock, and you take pride in doing things right even when no one is looking.
  • You show up. Reliability isn’t a bonus here—it’s everything. Your clients count on you, and you take that seriously.
  • You’re dedicated to growth. You want to learn, get better, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • You treat people with dignity. Every client deserves to feel respected, safe, and seen—and you make sure they do.
