We are seeking a Client Solutions Representative to help prospective and current clients understand their options and find solutions that fit their needs. This position combines relationship building, customer support, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Explain available products, services, and solutions
- Recommend options based on each client’s situation
- Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process
- Build positive, long-term client relationships
- Assist with questions and resolve basic client concerns
- Identify opportunities for additional products or services
- Maintain organized client records
- Work closely with other departments to support customers

Annual salary of $75,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
