Description

Kforce's client in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and oversee the successful delivery of products, services, and operational commitments. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking deliverables, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong relationship management, project coordination, and operational support experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and stakeholders
  • Manage client requirements, project timelines, and delivery schedules
  • Track deliverables and proactively identify and resolve operational issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client needs
  • Monitor project status, deadlines, and performance metrics
  • Research and resolve service, delivery, or process-related issues
  • Prepare and maintain status reports, operational dashboards, and client communications
  • Facilitate meetings, project updates, and stakeholder discussions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and client-related information
  • Support order processing, fulfillment activities, and workflow coordination as needed
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure successful service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, operations, project coordination, customer success, or related fields
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with CRM systems, order management platforms, or business systems
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience tracking deliverables, operational metrics, and issue resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience in operations, fulfillment, customer support, supply chain, or service delivery environments
  • Experience developing operational reports, metrics, and dashboards
  • Prior leadership, project coordination, or team lead experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
