    Cooperative Home Care is looking for a Client Services Supervisor to lead coordination for our Personal Care Services team in our Crystal City office. In this role, you’ll be at the center of it all—connecting clients with the right caregivers, supporting field staff, and driving performance against key metrics that truly matter.

    This isn’t just a scheduling job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring clients receive exceptional care while helping caregivers feel supported, valued, and set up for success.

    Salary: $50,000 to $55,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Effectively use reporting tools to identify and fix schedule issues
    • Interview caregivers and promptly assign new hires to cases
    • Quickly process new referrals and connect them with caregivers

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management (strongly preferred)
    • Time management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
